Hillery Moseley 
Hillery was born on January 31st, 1761 in VA, USA.1 Hillery's father was Edward Moseley and his mother was Amey Green. His paternal grandparents were Arthur, Jr. Moseley and Martha Cocke; his maternal grandparents were William Green and Amey Clay. He had five brothers and ten sisters, named Edward,Jr., Arthur, William, William, Thomas, Mary, Martha, Mary, Tully, Rebecca, Amey, Elizabeth, Rebecah, Sarah and Letitia. He died at the age of 74 on October 16th, 1835 in Charlotte, VA, USA.1 General Notes

He was a Captain in the Continental Army during the American Revolutionary
War. His will was probated in Charlotte County, Virginia in 1835. In this
will he named eleven children. They are not identified as to whether their
mother was Ann (Bedford) Moseley or Sarah Williams (Hutcherson) Mosele
y. I t
is said that some of these children emigrated to North Carolina, Ten
n. & T exas.
He was a landholder and his name is sometimes shown in public records as
Hillary, Hilary or Hilery.
