Arthur was born on January 18th, 1748 in VA.1 Arthur's father was Edward Moseley and his mother was Amey Green. His paternal grandparents were Arthur, Jr. Moseley and Martha Cocke; his maternal grandparents were William Green and Amey Clay. He had five brothers and ten sisters, named Edward,Jr., Hillery, William, William, Thomas, Mary, Martha, Mary, Tully, Rebecca, Amey, Elizabeth, Rebecah, Sarah and Letitia. He died at the age of 56 on November 21st, 1804 in Charlotte Co. , Virginia.1 General Notes
