George Washington was born on April 30th, 1887 in Killeen, Bell Co., Texas.1 George Washington's father is Thomas Mitchell and his mother was Mary Ann Blackwell. His maternal grandparents were Joel Blackwell and Sarah Ememline Graham. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Thomas Jefferson, Oscar Newton, Barbara Ellen, Lydia Saphronia, Martha Emeline, Cora Bell and Fannie Beatrice.
