Bascom Matthews

Bascom was born on July 31st, 1902.¹ Bascom's father was John Wesley Matthews and his mother was Bertha Jane Chance. His maternal grandparents were James L. Chance and Abigail Christian Keahey. He had a brother and a sister, named Henry D. and Vera. He had a half-sister named Marnett. He died at the age of 1 on November 9th, 1903.¹
