Matthew Keahey 
Matthew was born on April 18th, 1914.1 Matthew's father was Willis Franklin Keahey and his mother was Kate Horn. His paternal grandparents were Willis Chalmers Keahey and Sarah Jane Greene. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Clarence Cunningham, Willis Edward, Dura Almond, Etoile and Mittie Marie. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 54 in April 1968 in Georgia. He was buried in Honea Path, South Carolina.1 1 General Notes
