Joseph Arthur Keahey

Joseph Arthur was born on June 18th, 1908.¹ Joseph Arthur's father was Benjamin Franklin Keahey and his mother was Lovella Miller. His paternal grandparents were Archibald Smith Keahey and Martha Elizabeth Robertson. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Benjamin Franklin,Jr., Archie Lee, William Estes, Darwin Wesley, Annie Lee, Lois Irvin and Mary Alice. He is the second youngest of the eight children.
