Ruth Allene was born on September 12th, 1914.1 Ruth Allene's father was William David Gautney and her mother was Ella Savannah Keahey. Her maternal grandparents were Willis Chalmers Keahey and Sarah Jane Greene. She has two brothers and two sisters, named Palmer Lovert, William Alton, Alma Irene and Burnice Inez.
