Josephine Dickey 
Josephine was born on March 2nd, 1897 in Stantonville, McNairy Co., Tennessee.1 Josephine's father was James B. Dickey and her mother was Frances (Frannie) Wilkes. Her maternal grandparents were Andrew Jackson Wilkes and Mary Ann (Polly) Basham. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Arthur Andrew, Arles T., Cord L., Thomas Clyde, Hurshel Harvey, Nora M., Cora, Vera Mae and Pearl.
