Laura Dela Spring 
Laura was born on May 16th, 1889 in Hugo of Ft. Townsend, Oklahoma.1 Laura's father was William 'Willie' Spring and her mother was Harriet 'Hattie' Self. Her paternal grandparents were William M. Spring and Jane LeFlore; her maternal grandparents are William Self and Mary Baxter. She had three brothers and eight sisters, named Grandville Louis, William 'Bert', Basil, Mary Jane, Amie Etter, Lorin G., Nannie, Lillie May, Carrie Helen, Hazel Edna and Julie Lee. She was the third oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 91 on August 8th, 1980 in Hugo, Choctaw Co., Oklahoma. She was buried in Spring Family Cem., Hugo, Oklahoma.1 1 General Notes
