Sherrod M. Davidson 
Sherrod M. was born on May 4th, 1836.1 Sherrod M.'s father was Obediah S. Davidson and his mother was Eleanor Carpenter. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Davidson and Jane Henrietta Clayton. He had three brothers and a sister, named Wilkes Monroe, Thomas Edward, Joseph E. and Louisa. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 28 on July 22nd, 1864. He was buried in Family Farm, Sheffield, Lawrence Co., Alabama.1 1 General Notes
