Joseph E. Davidson 
Joseph E. was born on July 28th, 1842.1 Joseph E.'s father was Obediah S. Davidson and his mother was Eleanor Carpenter. His paternal grandparents were Alexander Davidson and Jane Henrietta Clayton. He had three brothers and a sister, named Wilkes Monroe, Sherrod M., Thomas Edward and Louisa. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 21 on December 16th, 1863. He was buried in Family Farm, Sheffield, Lawrence Co., Alabama.1 1 General Notes
