Her paternal grandparents were Milas Alexander Davidson and Dovey Robison. She had a brother and six sisters, named Milus Marion, Mary Maude, Minnie A., Zora Bell, Della M., Dovie Sarah and Pearl. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 88 on August 5th, 1966 in Okolona, Chickasaw Co., Mississippi.
