Marvin Sylvester Crook

Marvin Sylvester was born in 1874.¹ Marvin Sylvester's father was Samuel Joshua Crook and his mother was Georgia Savannah Bradley. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Crook and Winney Norwood. He had eight brothers and a sister, named Samuel Hawkins, Joseph Emory, Allison Pierce, Middleton Bascom, Lemuel H., Arthur Douglas, Willie S., Ezara Lee and Flore Sillam. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 65 in 1939.¹
