Piercy Ann Burgamy 
Piercy Ann was born on February 20th, 1846.1 Piercy Ann's father was John Burgamy and her mother was Martha Davis Peurifoy. Her paternal grandparents were William, Jr. Burgamy and Margaret Leggett; her maternal grandparents were William Peurifoy and Mary Brothers. She had nine brothers and two sisters, named Tillaman Peurifoy, William Thomas, Eli, John C., James Whitfield, Emory Gause, Matthew C., McCarroll, Archibald Filmore, Mary Frances and Martha Jane.-
