Nancy Bassham 
Nancy was born about 1815 in Lawrence Co., Tennessee.1 Nancy's father was Richard Basham and her mother was Pheebee Pinnicuff. Her paternal grandparents were Archibald Basham and Winna Jons. She had four brothers and four sisters, named William D., Thomas Archibald, Levi Sampson, Samuel Frederick Howard, Winnie (Minnie), Mary, Francis P. and Tempa Malinda. She was the third oldest of the nine children. She died on June 11th, 1896 in Leighton, Colbert Co., Alabama.1 General Notes
