Mary Basham 
Mary was born about 1814 in Lawrence Co., Tennessee.1 Mary's father was Richard Basham and her mother was Pheebee Pinnicuff. Her paternal grandparents were Archibald Basham and Winna Jons. She had four brothers and four sisters, named William D., Thomas Archibald, Levi Sampson, Samuel Frederick Howard, Winnie (Minnie), Nancy, Francis P. and Tempa Malinda. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died before 1854.1 General Notes
