Myrtle Mabelle was born on January 28th, 1889 in Arkadelphia, Clark Co., Arkansas.1 Myrtle Mabelle's father was Isaac Newton Bassham and her mother was Jane Adeline Page. Her paternal grandparents were William F. Bassham and Dianah B. Hall. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Jonus, Isalinus, John N, Clyde, Bertha, Ethel Estelle (Twin) and Adele (Twin). She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 79 on June 5th, 1968 in Salt Lake Cty, Salt Lake Co., Utah.1 General Notes
