Jewel Marie Bassham 
Jewel Marie was born on February 28th, 1913.1 Jewel Marie's father was Sam Estes Bassham and her mother was Phebe Bartlett. Her paternal grandparents were Francis Marion (Frank) Bassham and Louisa Lucretia (Lucy) Popnoe. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Luther Ray, Elmer 'Clyde', Cecile Gertrude, Loraine, Ethel S. E., Rosie 'Lucille' (Sister) and Ruby Pearl.
