Cecil Bassham 
Cecil was born on February 15th, 1916 in Texas.1 Cecil's father was James Levithian Basham and his mother was Alice N. Sanders. His paternal grandparents were Joseph C. Bassham and Mary J. Shelton. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Harold, Carl, Clarence, Juanita, Alline and Evelyn. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William Joseph, Thomas, Laverna Betty and Leslie Bush. He died at the age of 76 on August 14th, 1992.1 General Notes
