Walter Moses Basham 
Walter Moses was born on March 23rd, 1885 in Madison Co., Arkansas.1 Walter Moses' father was Monroe Moses Basham and his mother was Martha Jane Williams. His paternal grandparents were William Bassham and Margaret (Peggy) Unknown. He had five brothers and four sisters, named L. (M), Nathaniel T., Oliver Kenny, William Thomas, James Monroe, Cora, Lula Beatrice, Pearl L. and Ora M.. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 90 on May 26th, 1975 in Needles, San Bernadino Co., Calif.1 General Notes
