Scott Roswell Basham 
Scott Roswell was born about 1868 in Kentucky.1 Scott Roswell's father was Elijah Charles Basham and his mother was Frances Ann Gibson. His paternal grandparents were William Harrison Basham and Cynthia Amanda Seeley. He had a brother and a sister, named Clarence W. and Dorothy. He was the second oldest of the three children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Benjamin Robin, Thomas Wesley, Charles Noble, Blanche M. and Unnamed Infant. He died after 1930.1 General Notes
