Elijah Charles Basham 
Elijah Charles was born about 1844 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.1 Elijah Charles' father was William Harrison Basham and his mother was Cynthia Amanda Seeley. His paternal grandparents were Littleberry Basham and Mary (Polly) Basham. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Seth 'Warner', Littleberry, James William Taylor, Henrietta G., Mary A. and Malvina Frances (Fanny). He was the oldest of the seven children. He died on February 22nd, 1894 in Tennyson, Warrick Co., Indiana. He was buried in Bloomfield Church Cem. at Rockport, Indiana.1 1 General Notes

an ts in Mississippi claim he was always a Basham. Another name twi
st is ano ther brother Thomas changed his name to Thomas Rullman and his d
ecendan ts use that name still. There is a lot to do and little ti
me to do i t. I have to go back to work now.
