Phillip White Basham 
Phillip White was born on November 6th, 1887 in Kentucky.1 Phillip White's father was Aaron White Basham and his mother was Nancy (Nannie) McCubbin. His paternal grandparents were Richard B. Basham and Abigail Norton; his maternal grandparents are Moses Akin McCubbin and Mary J. Bassett. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Kyle, Lee Vester, Thaddeus "Thad" W., William (Willie), Lillie Viola, Rosa Lena and Ida Gertrude. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 31 on December 14th, 1918 in Irvington, Breckenridge Co., Ky.1 General Notes
