Lisha Mildred Basham 
Lisha Mildred was born on November 11th, 1898 in Kentucky.1 Lisha Mildred's father was Jeremiah F. (Jerry) Basham and her mother was Carrie E. Pollack. Her paternal grandparents were Richard B. Basham and Abigail Norton. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Herbert Merlin, Asa Forrest, Elbert Lee, Eva and Myrtle. She was the third oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 78 on February 22nd, 1977 in Louisville, Jefferson Co., Ky.1 General Notes
