Frank E. Basham 
Frank E. was born on February 13th, 1856 in Indiana.1 Frank E.'s father was Thomas Anderson Basham and his mother was Rachel Louthan. His paternal grandparents were John Basham and Mary (Polly) Martin. He had four brothers and three sisters, named George Gilbert, Louis Edmond, Martin Van Buren, John, Amanda Alice, Martha Ellen and Mary (Polly). He died at the age of 82 on July 23rd, 1938 in Wichita, Sedgwick Co., Kansas.1 General Notes
