George Gilbert Basham 
George Gilbert was born on October 15th, 1857 in Indiana.1 George Gilbert's father was Thomas Anderson Basham and his mother was Rachel Louthan. His paternal grandparents were John Basham and Mary (Polly) Martin. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Frank E., Louis Edmond, Martin Van Buren, John, Amanda Alice, Martha Ellen and Mary (Polly). He died at the age of 67 on January 27th, 1925 in Clay Center, Clay Co., Kansas.1 General Notes
