Clara Hardin was born on January 26th, 1876 in Breckenridge Co., Kentucky.1 Clara Hardin's father was Daniel Hardin Basham and her mother was Elizabeth H. Claycomb. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Dowell Basham and Cassandra Hardin. She had four brothers named Lawrence Lee, Arthur Payton, Logan Daniel and Claude H.. She was the youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 75 on June 4th, 1951 in St Louis, St Louis Co., Missouri.1 General Notes
