Charles Oliver Basham 
Charles Oliver was born about April 1888 in Iowa.1 Charles Oliver's father was Charles Wallace (Rev) Basham and his mother was Elinor Louise Smith. His paternal grandparents were Charles Basham and Louisa Wallace; his maternal grandfather was John T. Smith and his maternal grandmother is Hannah Boyd. He had two brothers and a sister, named John Torance, Arthur Wallace and Elinor Louise. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died about 1913.1 General Notes
