Arthur Wallace Basham 
Arthur Wallace was born on March 13th, 1893 in Aurora, Buchanan Co., Iowa.1 Arthur Wallace's father was Charles Wallace (Rev) Basham and his mother was Elinor Louise Smith. His paternal grandparents were Charles Basham and Louisa Wallace; his maternal grandfather was John T. Smith and his maternal grandmother is Hannah Boyd. He had two brothers and a sister, named John Torance, Charles Oliver and Elinor Louise. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 67 on July 9th, 1960 in Cedar Rapids, Linn Co., Iowa.1 General Notes
