Baxter Basham 
Baxter was born on March 5th, 1888 in McLean Co., Kentucky.1 Baxter's father was Haskel Abbott (Abirt) Basham and his mother was Mary Ann (Polly) Neal. His paternal grandparents were Manoah Stone Basham and Elizabeth Armes; his maternal grandparents were James Neil and Catherine Basham. He had two brothers named James Walter and David Hardwick. He was the youngest of the three children. He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Granville Garret, Willie Mack, Francis Paul (Frank), Henry 'Dustin', Rebeckie and Mary Elizabeth. He died at the age of 66 on January 3rd, 1955 in Spottsville, Henderson Co., Ky.1 General Notes
