Mary Elizabeth Basham 
Mary Elizabeth was born on March 3rd, 1899 in Kentucky.1 Mary Elizabeth's father was Haskel Abbott (Abirt) Basham and her mother was Margaret Henry (Maggie) Aldridge. Her paternal grandparents were Manoah Stone Basham and Elizabeth Armes. She had four brothers and a sister, named Granville Garret, Willie Mack, Francis Paul (Frank), Henry 'Dustin' and Rebeckie. She was the third youngest of the six children. She had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named James Walter, David Hardwick, Baxter, Mamie, Dissie Annis (Twin), Vissie Rebecca (Twin) and Lela Franzena. She died at the age of 13 on May 22nd, 1912.1 General Notes
