Arley Julius was born about April 1889 in Seth, Boone Co., West Virginia.1 Arley Julius' father was Nathan 'Buren' Basham and his mother was Margaret Ellen Brinkley. His paternal grandparents were Nathan (Rev) Basham and Missouri Jane Miller. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Buren 'Luther', Arnold Edgar, Henrietta 'Murriel', Columbia Catherine and Vonnie. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Ira, John 'Carl', William 'Howard' and Esta Marie. He died about 1940 in Seth, Boone Co., West Virginia.1 General Notes
