Joseph was born about December 29th, 1814 in County Tyrone, Ireland.1 Joseph's father is FRANCIS Wright and his mother was ELIZABETH Eaton. His paternal grandparents were JOSEPH WRIGHT and SARAH LENDRUM; his maternal grandparents were JOSEPH EATON and ELIZABETH BOYD BEATTY. He had six brothers and two sisters, named John W.
