Mary Susan was born on January 15th, 1853 in Mercer Co., Virginia.1 Mary Susan's father was Joseph Wright and her mother was Cynthia Walker. Her paternal grandfather is FRANCIS Wright and her paternal grandmother was ELIZABETH Eaton; her maternal grandparents were JOHN B. Walker and NANCY MULLINS. She had two brothers and five sisters, named John Lendrum, William H. Brown, Margaret Melissa, Nancy Elizabeth, Sarah Frances, Emaline Estes and Virginia Charlotte. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 79 in January 1932 in Mercer Co., West Virginia.1 General Notes
