George W. was born in 1837.1   George W.'s father is Asaph Wilson and his mother is Nancy Offutt Locke.  His maternal grandfather was James Locke and his maternal grandmother is Sarah Austin. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Martin, Phillip A., Charles F., Julia Medora and Mary Ellen Louisa.  He was the oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 17 on October 2nd, 1854.1
