Thomas was born on April 1st, 1800 in Wayne County, Kentucky.1 Thomas' father is James Francis Walker and his mother was Catherine Miller. His paternal grandfather was Thomas Walker and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Sanders. He had eight brothers and seven sisters, named Gideon, James, Daniel, Frankie, Charles, John M., Sanders Andrew, Jacob, Elizabeth, Lucretia, Susannah, Sarah, Mary, Catherine and Lucinda.
