Gideon Walker 
Gideon was born on October 28th, 1785 in Monroe County, Virginia.1 Gideon's father is James Francis Walker and his mother was Catherine Miller. His paternal grandfather was Thomas Walker and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Sanders. He had eight brothers and seven sisters, named James, Thomas, Daniel, Frankie, Charles, John M., Sanders Andrew, Jacob, Elizabeth, Lucretia, Susannah, Sarah, Mary, Catherine and Lucinda. He died at the age of 67 on February 26th, 1853 in Brazos County, Texas.1 General Notes
