Sarah Octavia Walker 
Sarah Octavia was born on January 12th, 1867 in Wyoming Co., West Virginia.1 Sarah Octavia's father was William Walker and her mother was Juliet Cooke. Her maternal grandparents were William Doby Cooke and Chloe Bailey. She had four brothers and six sisters, named James B., Thomas G., Andrew Jackson, Oley, Chloe Ann, Martelia F., Jane, Parthena, Nancy and Mary. She was the youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 79 on August 17th, 1946.1 -
