Alexander Rose

Alexander was born on October 28th, 1782 in Scotchton, Caswell County, North Carolina.¹ Alexander's father was Alexander Rose and his mother was Eunice Lea. His maternal grandparents were WILLIAM Lea and *FRANCES WHITE. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Duncan, Neill Buchanan, William, Milton, Anness, Frances, Eunice and Elizabeth. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 39 on September 7th, 1822 in Dickson County, Tennessee.¹
