William Jones was born on May 1st, 1801 in Anson Co., North Carolina.1 William Jones' father was John Meadows and his mother is Delilah Jones. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Meadows and Keziah Moberly. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Jacob Mobley, Thomas Jefferson, Lurany J., Mary Jane, Keziah, Elizabeth and Delilah. He had two half-brothers named Reuben and Joseph. He died in Crawford Co., Arkansas.1 -
