Mary Jane was born on February 15th, 1809 in Kentucky.1 Mary Jane's father was John Meadows and her mother is Delilah Jones. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Meadows and Keziah Moberly. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Jacob Mobley, William Jones, Thomas Jefferson, Lurany J., Keziah, Elizabeth and Delilah. She had two half-brothers named Reuben and Joseph.-
