Phebe Meadows 
Phebe was born on October 28th, 1859 in Franklin, Pendleton Co, WVa.1 Phebe's father was Ambrose Meadows and her mother was Catherine Caplinger Hammer. Her paternal grandparents were John Meadows and Mary Harness. She had two brothers and a sister, named ?, Ambrose and Mary. She was the oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 38 on September 25th, 1898 in Franklin, Pendleton Co., WV. She was buried in Byrd Cemetery, Pendleton County, West Virginia.1 1 -
