Ida Virginia was born in 1868 in Page Co., Virginia.1 Ida Virginia's father was William T. Meadows and her mother was Sarah Alice Weaver. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas W. Meadows and Elizabeth Breeding. She had two brothers and two sisters, named William T., William Harrison, Dora Alice and Cora Jane. She is the oldest of the five children. She has a half-brother named Frank.-
