Samuel Heard 
Samuel was born about 1833 in Georgia.1 Samuel's father was Francis S. Heard and his mother is Heard. His paternal grandparents were Hurd and Heard. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Jacob M., Jesse, Stephen, Harriett, Emaline, IN?? and Elizabeth Virginia. He is the fourth youngest of the eight children.General Notes
