Item 1, left his beloved wife, Elizabeth, the land on which he then lived along with stock and several negroes.
Item 2nd, left a tract of land to son Charles on which he then lived.
Item 3d, All remaining land, and negroes and remaining stock to be divided equally among his four children, Daniel Heard, Elizabeth Norman, Charles Heard, and Mary Heard after the death of his wife.
Item 4 Omitted
Item 5th Left grandgaughetr A. Caroline Norman bay filly and a heifer.
Item 6th, left to eacvy jof his children one negro girl each ...etc.
Item 7th, left wife Elizabeth Heard, his son-in -law Lewis Norman and Daniel Heard his exucutors.
