Joseph Heard

Joseph was born about 1844 in Mississippi.¹ Joseph's father was Alexander A. Heard and his mother was Dessie A. Pruitt. His paternal grandparents were GEORGE Heard and Patter. He had two brothers and three sisters, named George, Alexander, Rhoda, Cullens and Amanda. He is the second oldest of the six children.
