Julia Frances Foreman 
Julia Frances was born on July 12th, 1835.1 Julia Frances' father is Jacob Foreman and her mother is Eliza Locke. Her maternal grandfather was James Locke and her maternal grandmother is Sarah Austin. She had a brother and a sister, named George B. H. and Arabella. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 27 on December 17th, 1862.1
