Arabella was born in 1847.1 Arabella's father is Jacob Foreman and her mother is Eliza Locke. Her maternal grandfather was James Locke and her maternal grandmother is Sarah Austin. She had a brother and a sister, named George B. H. and Julia Frances. She is the youngest of the three children.
