Clarence D. Eby 
Clarence D. was born on January 19th, 1858.1 Clarence D.'s father was Warren Eby and his mother was Virginia Locke. His maternal grandparents were William French Locke and Rachel Myers. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Henry Jason, Warren L., Willelma French, Lucy Virginia, Rachel Ann, Katherine and Sue Carrell. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 79 on April 24th, 1937.1 -
