Cecil DeGroot Eby 
Cecil DeGroot was born on December 5th, 1890.1 Cecil DeGroot's father was Clarence D. Eby and his mother was Rose Thomas Hardesty. His paternal grandparents were Warren Eby and Virginia Locke. He had a brother and a sister, named Marion Paul and Winnie Barron. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 72 on November 19th, 1963.1 -
